Sometimes the mesh-init task will not be able to connect to the consul servers because of ACL token issues - using an old token for example. This task will be stuck in a pending state for a hours. Could we look at getting this looked at. After a certain period of retrying this should fail and the task should restart. Once restarting this usually fixes the issue as it will use the new token.
