S3 compatible (ceph) object lock

Do you know if it’s possible to use object lock when your state’s backend is an s3 compatible storage (Ceph) ?

If you refer to the relevant documentation: Backend Type: s3 | Terraform | HashiCorp Developer you’ll see that state locking in that backend has been implemented using DynamoDB, so it seems the answer is no.
