Dear Vault Community,
Is it possible to configure a specific secrets engine with the Vault configuration file?
I’d like to use the transit secrets engine without having to run cli command aside from starting the server.

I don’t think that this is possible/ implemented. Haven’t heard of it. 
How about configuring the secrets engine with the Terraform for Vault provider?
