EKS Anywhere has recently seen a GA release with a prime focus of the project being to enable the deployment of on-premises EKS clusters.
On-prem deployments are initially targeting vSphere “with support for other deployment targets in the near future, including support for bare metal coming in 2022”.
I was a bit surprised that I couldn’t find any discussion around future support for EKS-A in either the terraform-aws-provider or terraform-aws-eks repositories.
Is anyone here aware of a forum where this is being discussed or any active project with intentions of bringing EKS-A support to Terraform?
