Is there an ETA for v1.3.0? We have been using the optionals experiment and I am keen to know when we might expect the new syntax to be available?

Terraform v1.3.0 is currently in its release candidate phase. Unless we hear reports of a blocking problem from someone who tested the release candidate, the next step will be the final v1.3.0 release.
