The Terraform Enterprise team would like to announce the release v202503-1 (811) is now available.

Some key highlights and important bits from the release notes:

Known Issues:

Terraform Enterprise does not support usernames provided with the REDIS_USER variable to authenticate with an external Redis instance. [Updated February 27, 2025]

Highlights:
You can now configure Terraform Enterprise to use Redis Sentinel. With Redis Sentinel you can achieve high availability and automatic failover.

Improvements:

This release includes several improvements and bug fixes. Notably, the internal tool tfectl no longer supports the dbmigration-status command, and Terraform Enterprise now creates a static number of Nginx worker processes. Additionally, the /variables-sets API endpoint provides better guidance for variable formats, and team API tokens have been consolidated on the API Tokens page in Organization Settings. The release also updates the Policy runtime version selector and Sentinel to version 0.30, along with the introduction of OPA versions 1.0.0 and 1.1.0, which come with breaking changes.
