Tls-encryption-secure - ca_file recreate

i followed this tutorial

• Secure Consul agent communication with TLS encryption | Consul | HashiCorp Developer

i created consul-agent-ca.pem, consul-agent-ca-key.pem file
and passed “consul-agent-ca.pem” file to client for tls encryption

now i want to recreate ca
then, should i pass new “consul-agent-ca.pem” file to all clients?
