I am new to Packer. I downloaded version 1.7.10 for Windows AMD64 version. I have the PATH updated. When I call packer --version from powershell, I get the correct the version correctly displayed. However when I call the same from a wsl terminal it complains
“Couldn’t start Packer: fork/exec \wsl.localhost\Ubuntu\usr\local\bin\packer.exe: Incorrect function.”. I do not know where to start looking to solve this. Any help is appreciated.
Install Packer on WSL instead.
