We upgraded our vault to 1.21.4 release community version. But when we are logging in to the vault UI it bypasses the okta MFA and skip the number code verification. Can some one help us debug and fix this issue?
A few questions/thoughts:
- What version did you upgrade from?
- Does the behavior persist on 1.20.x or earlier versions of 1.21.x?
- Did you observe this in lower environments before you upgraded production?
- Any errors in either the Vault logs or Okta logs?
- Have you tried in incognito/private mode to make sure this isn’t a caching issue?
