Vault-k8s multi-pod deployment

Hi Everyone,

I’m using vault-k8s for vault-agent injection. It was deployed with Helm Chart. And since my services depend on Vault secrets I’d like to have multi-pod deployment for vault-agent-injection and move MutatingWebHook failurePolicy config to Fail.

Is there any reason to not do this?
