Vsphere-clone and winRm config

Hello community,

we have an existing template builded by our US team .
To use it on EMEA side we need to make some change.

We try to customize this existing template with packer but winRm layer is not enable on this template.
How we can enable winRm when we launch packer build with vsphere-clone?

Have you tried using a vSphere native feature like

On the AWS side, I would use the user_data_file option to enable WinRM, then customize via provisioners but user_data_file does not seem to be available on the vsphere-clone builder.
