Vsphere guest_id error

getting the below issue when trying to deploy a windows 2016 VM in terraform.
vcenter version - 6.7

cannot find OS family for guest ID “windows9Server64Guest”: could not find guest ID "windows9Server64Guest

Can anyone help me with this?
