Tell me please, what is the different between folders /builtin and /plugins?
They have different realisation.
Unfortunately I have not found any documentation about the difference.
Example:
/builtin/logical/postgresql - basically framework.Backend
and
/plugins/database/postgresql - basically dbplugin.Database
