WinRm cleanup problems

I’m running Packer over SSL with the Hyperv-iso builder which is great, however once my build is complete I’d like to cleanup the self-signed cert and remove the https WinRm endpoint so it’s not part of my temple. When the script to cleanup WinRM runs Packer thinks there is a problem. I’m curious what’s the best way for me to accomplish a https winrm config cleanup.
