The next major release of the AWS Provider, version 4.0, has been released. Throughout the year, we try to address day-to-day issues with the provider in our weekly releases. In some cases, these issues necessitate a breaking change, and so we attempt to minimize the impact by grouping these changes into a major version such as this.
