Boundary client is closing connection intermittently for few users and db connection is terminated with "timeout expired"

We are using the OSS Boundary and we use vault for credential brokering.
This is solved when we restart the boundary service in worker node.
Kindly help me here

I’d assume the worker service is crashing. I would check the logs for errors to narrow it down.
