Cannot Install Terraform and related packages like packer on Fedora 41

I am trying to follow the official installation steps for Fedora to install Terraform and packer cli packages:

Unfortunately, there is no Terraform repository for Fedora 41 that was release about 10 days ago.

Is there any planned date for a new repository release that supports Fedora 41?
