Hi @adinemer,

The HashiCorp RPM repository currently supports Fedora 33, 34, 35, and 36. It does not yet have support for Fedora 37.

The Terraform packages are essentially identical across all distributions because Terraform does not depend on any other libraries on your system, so if you use the Fedora 36 packages instead for now then I expect they will work on your system.
