Hashicorp RHEL 8 yum repo down?

I have a docker container that installs terraform from the Hashicorp yum repo, and I’m hitting problems

I’m getting this error while trying to install terraform on centos

It looks like repomd.xml is only missing for the EL9 repo, EL7 and EL8 are present.
