Change authoritative DC in Consul federation

Is there any well known procedure how we can change authoritative DC in consul federation?
Currently we have 5 DC in federation (production environment) and we need to switch from one DC to other. How we can do that?

Thanks for posting. Currently, there is not a good process to change the primary/authoritative DC for Connect. A larger breakdown of the conversation can be found here and here.
