The Consul team is excited to announce a technical preview release of the Consul API Gateway. The Consul API Gateway is a new tool in the Consul ecosystem which provides a dedicated ingress solution for intelligently routing traffic to applications running on the HashiCorp Consul service mesh. This initial release focuses on users running HashiCorp Consul service mesh on Kubernetes by implementing the Kubernetes Gateway API.
This is a technical preview release and is not yet considered production ready. We will continue to work on extending functionality and greatly improving documentation as we lead up to a final release.
