Effects of Terraform switch to BSL on CDKTF

Hi there Terraform community,

Even though assumptions can be made and conclusions can be drawn based on Terraform’s switch of licenses to BSL (business source license) from MPL (open source) I did not see any discussions or official information regarding CDKTF.

Do you have any information regarding the effects on CDKTF from the license switch?
Is CDKTF still MPL?
Any effects from CDKTF using Terraform which is BSL?

So far, CDKTF is still MPL, but obviously things can change at anytime.

It hasn’t changed like the other Hashicorp products have.
eg) Consul or Terraform
