Error unwrapping secondary token

When trying to connect Secondary DR cluster to primary I get this alert:

1 error occurred: * error unwrapping secondary token: Post http://<PUBLIC_DNS>:8200/v1/sys/wrapping/unwrap: dial tcp :8200: i/o timeout

Any guidance on how to fix?
