/etc/boundary.hcl this file not exist, i can`t database init

Hi people.

i installed boundary 0.1.5 but i can`t run the command $boundary database init -config /etc/boundary.hcl because the file not exist, how do i create this file?

i need a production environment, because a have 5 server and 10 user for access with boundary, i need have a controller and worker in the same server?
