Our team member gets “We’ve stopped auto-renewing your token due to inactivity. It will expire in about 1 month on XYZ” even after:
- Clicking “Renew token”
- logging off and on again
3. Trying log off and on on a different browser
- revoked the token and loged back in
None of these steps helped to fix the issue, and we were wondering how we should solve it. Or is there something that we are doing wrong?
