in the idea to use service meshes with consul connect in our ms architecture, we’ve search to obtain an overview of envoy proxy metrics.
Without existings in grafana community, we spent some times 
to build our own in a generic way. Hoping it cans help, we are here to share this :

The Consul team would actually like to provide an official Grafana dashboard for displaying Envoy metrics. The following issue track this feature request.
Would you be open to creating a PR and contributing your dashboard to the Consul project? If so, we could then publish it under the https://grafana.com/orgs/teamconsul, alongside the existing dashboard for monitoring server health.
