I am new to hashicorp vault. Currently we are using a hashicorp vault which is open source and there is only 1 instance.
Can I know how can we enable redundancy? I can’t have the risk that this hashicorp vault goes down cause its business critical.
On the same note, is there RBAC?

Your questions are incredibly broad basic ones which are fairly well covered in the Vault documentation. Please start there.
Asking for clarifications about things in the documentation is absolutely fine and welcome - but expecting unpaid volunteers to give you a custom bespoke course in using Vault, whilst you avoid using the documentation is unrealistic.
