How to get secret ids from vault instead of values?

I am trying to use vault in redhat openstack with redhat version 8.4.The driver(castellan) uses secret_ids in Castellan to fetch option values stored in the secret manager(Vault). I am not sure how to get the secret id from vault and I am sharing reference document, can you please help

Vault does not have “secret ids” in the sense described here. They appear to be a concept created by Castellan, so you’d have to look to that project’s docs or other help resources to learn more.
