How can I remove/delete a published terraform provider?

To reduce the risk of a potentially very disruptive change to an existing provider, the registry does not provide any self-service way to modify or remove an existing provider version, but for exceptional situations you can contact the Terraform Registry team for help, at terraform-registry@hashicorp.com .
