We noticed a change in the latest terraform vsphere provider 1.24.2.
After the virtual machine is imported using terraform import, the virtual machine is powered on after the first terrafom plan/apply.
Same steps do not power on the VM using the vsphere terraform provider 1.16.1, it happens only with the latest version.
