In-house providers installation, need some help

I’m trying to install a in-house provider (in this case 1password), I think I’ve done all as documented in the Upgrading to Terraform v0.13 - Terraform by HashiCorp
but I’m getting the error: invalid provider registry host
the host “terraform-providers.mydomain.com” given in provider source address " terraform-providers.mydomain.com/mycompany/onepassword" does not offer a Terraform provider registry
Am I missing something here ? Unless the instruction " establish a virtual source registry to serve as a separate namespace for your local use" implies something that I’m not aware …
