Intentions endpoint shows error

visiting http://<consul_server>:8500/ui/dc1/intentions shows the following:

This has been seen in the past (forgot which version) … seems to be back.

Currently I observe this using Consul 1.9.0-rc1

I don’t know why Connect got disabled in the config
