Is Consul（or Terraform、Vault and so on） Enterprise Edition available in China？

This only applies to our enterprise software, not OSS (first sentence states that). The “why” is because the encryption Vault uses is subject to Chinese regulatory control, and we therefore cannot (by Chinese law) sell Vault within China.

I previously learned that HashiCorp’s enterprise products are not allowed to be sold in China, so what is the current policy? Is it allowed in China?
