For a long time, consul-alerts seemed to be the way to turn Consul Health Checks into PagerDuty or Slack notifications (PagerDuty even has a guide for it).
Unfortunately the project is abandoned (see README) and the suggested fork GitHub - fusiondog/consul-alerts also has no activity.
What do people use today to get such alerts?
