Open source Vault version upgrade in k8s

Hi Team,
I am using vault in EKS , whose current version of vault is 1.15.0 and helm chart version 0.25.0 and helm app version as 1.14.0

and storage is dynamo db

I want to upgrade my vault version to latest i .e 1.18.3 and upgrade the helm version as well
Can anyone suggest how should we go ahead with upgrade of vault version?

Is it do we need to upgrade one by one i.e 1.16.0 then 1.17.0 then 1.18.3. or directly we can upgrade to 1.18.3?

If we can go ahead with any of approach what all changes do we need to make in our kubernetes manifest files?

@utkarsh-darhe Were you able to figure out the direct upgrade from 1.5 to 1.18? I am also planning to upgrade opensource vault from 1.5.3 to 1.18.3. We use our own custom charts and use MySQL RDS 8.0.39.
