Unable to download packer binaries (all versions) - getting a 403 for any version
Not just packer, seems like entire releases.hashicorp.com site is broken 
I’ve no idea what packer is. But for the last ~10 minutes I’ve been unable to fetch providers like hashicorp/template and hashicorp/aws. I’m getting respectively 403 and 404 errors.
Seems related?
packer is a Hashicorp product that produces machine images (AMIs, vms etc) - but the entire download Hashicorp site appears to be down at the moment - not sure how to contact them about it besides here
They acknowledged the issue tangentially on https://status.hashicorp.com/ (terraform downloads are down, which is probably same issue)
