RHEL7 yum repo down

I’m getting a 404 when I try to pull from the RHEL7 repo:

https://rpm.releases.hashicorp.com/RHEL/7/aarch64/stable/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] HTTPS Error 404 - Not Found

Is this not supported anymore? RHEL8 and RHEL9 repos are still up.
