Some tutorial terminals are working with out of date Terraform versions like 1.0.6

Today, I started doing
Azure # What is Infrastructure as Code with Terraform?

terraform --version
Terraform v1.0.6 on linux_amd64

Your version of Terraform is out of date! The latest version
is 1.3.3. You can update by downloading from Downloads | Terraform by HashiCorp

Maybe someone wants to use Terraform :grinning: to deploy a newer version of Terraform into the Tutorials Terminal.
