The Terraform Team released Terraform 0.13-rc1 yesterday.
For those not following 0.13 yet, Terraform 0.13 is all about community. Terraform 0.13 brings the ability to use count , for_each , and depends_on for modules. We’ve also made some changes to the way we install third-party providers as part of the upcoming ability to use partner & community providers in the Terraform Registry . Please have a look at our changelog and draft upgrade guide for details.

I’m also locking this thread in the hopes that issues arising from pre-release testing or questions related to our pre-releases can have own threads created—it’ll make it easier to follow and respond to individual concerns.
