We are using Terraform Enterprise v1.2.0-e7044f8 and occasionally have an issue with module publishing where random versions will get stuck in the “publishing” state forever. I can’t seem to find any adequate troubleshooting suggestions on anywhere, outside of deleting and re-importing, which I’ve done multiple times. We also have different instances of TFE - dev, nonprod and prod - this problem will happen randomly across all of them. I can’t tell if we have something misconfigured or where to find logs to troubleshoot this issue.
Any ideas?
Do we just need to open a ticket with IBM support?
