Module fails to show new versions or publish

I recently created a module for GitHub - treebeardtech/terraform-helm-kubeflow: Kubeflow Terraform Modules - run Jupyter in Kubernetes 🪐

but deleted it after it failed to show the latest version in the versions dropdown.

I tried to re-create it but the page got stuck on creating the module.

Now I can’t delete or create it – please can you help?

this is now resolved for me. It’s published and the missing version was due to not using the vx.y.z tag format
