Terraform on WAF, IPS, IDS, FW etc

   I am new to Terraform and would to explore Infra as a service. Hope I am in the right forum.
   May I know whether Terraform can auto provision WAF, IPS, IDS, FW etc besides VM for OS, DB.
   For advice.
