Terraform with AL2 upgrade to AL2023

Couple of questions in case someone has dealt with this recently.

  1. With AWS Code Build migration from AL2 to AL2023, how do I know if the hashicorp (hashicorp/terraform:1.3.8) image is compatible in the docker with the new AL2023 version
  2. Is there any documentation to reference?
  3. It does appear other parts of my code build project will work it is only left me wondering about my image?
