problem: I get this url error because a mysterious (MISSING) automatically populates on the URL during a terraform plan. Our pipeline is defined by a pipeline yaml file which orchestrate what modules run from top to bottom (see Azure repo) using terragrunt wrapper which takes the env configs we set, generate terragrunt files (see terragrunt file).
For some reason i have give the pipelin user all the permissions but the url always comes up off (see photp new). Any help please ?
