Using sops with helm terraform provider

Hi,

I am working with the terraform helm provider and was wondering if anyone had tried to use sops plugin with it.

I know that the provider has a variable that defines something called plugins_path but I have no idea if the provider actually starts using the plugins in this path automatically as needed or does something else.

I would appreciate any pointers members may have on using sops with this provider or other alternatives.
