Vagrant Private SSH Key

I am not able to use Vagrant generate private key with Debian 11. The box was customized by me and I’ve added the Vagrant insecure public key to the Debian installation. This seems to be related to SSH protocols, but not sure what exactly. This is what happens when I vagrant up my box.
