Vault in k8s can't up

I follow this Injecting Secrets into Kubernetes Pods via Vault Agent Containers | Vault - HashiCorp Learn document to set up the vault in k8s, but this pod can’t up.

I found some issue

1. kubectl describe statefulset vault -n vault
   

   

2. kubectl get pods -n vault
   

3. kubectl get service -A
