Vault plugin question

I am fairly new to vault and after trying to install my first plugin, I noticed that the ‘vault plugin’ command seems to suggest a list of ‘Common commands:’ and Other commands:

It seems as though the ‘vault plugin’ command is not recognized. Is there something that I need to enable first? Or perhaps a certain version of Vault that I should be running (I’m running v0.10.3)

according to the changelog, the plugin cli command was added in v0.10.4: https://github.com/hashicorp/vault/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#0104-july-25th-2018

cli: Add subcommands for interacting with the plugin catalog
