Vault Provider outstanding PR

PR 781 which adds capability to add a user_path to a vault_aws_secret_backend_role doesn’t seem to be getting any attention, nor has it for a very long time.
Could I ask that it gets a look over please, the new functionality has been an outstanding requirement of mine for quite a while now.

There is still no update on this either here or on Github.
Could somebody from Hashicorp please advise what needs to be done in order to be merged? I am more than willing to assist with any remediation work required to allow a successful review and merge.
