I created my HCP account via the github login, and then migrated my vagrant machines. Yesterday I created an HCP email personal account using the same email address used with gthub login, I can even view my vagrant boxes that were migrated. However, I am unable to edit the boxes when logged in via HCP personal account, I can only edit them when I login through github.
How can I get the 2 merged/combined into the same account since they are using the same email address?
I am unable to create a ticket since I am not a paying customer using the personal account.
Just asked internally, will let you know if I hear anything back. As far as I know you can’t do this on your own, but maybe I am wrong.
Just heard back - go ahead and open a ticket under cloud customer. If the conditions were correct and everything matched, the accounts should have merged automatically.
